Pham Hoai Minh

Chairman of the Board 

Mr. Pham Hoai Minh has been the CEO & Co-Founder of HANOI ICC INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT., JSC- “ICC HANOI” since 2014. He is currently a shareholder of “Vietnam Manpower Supply Group” and become one of the main shareholders in the Manpower Corporation of Vietnam. Starting from the beginning of 2023, MCV has restructured shareholders and owns shares, Mr. Minh was elected the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and the owner of a large number of shares in the Manpower Corporation of Vietnam.

Mr. Minh is a professional consultant on Human Resource Development and Corporate Strategy. He has combined experience in global human resources and human resource management for more than 20 years. With his creative and enterprising personality, he has been leading the MCV to develop more and more to new heights, always affirming the MCV’s position in front of all domestic and international Clients and Partners.

BBA. Nguyen Quoc Tu

General Director

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tu has been the General Director of HANOI ICC INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT., JSC- “ICC HANOI”. He is currently a shareholder of “Vietnam Manpower Supply Group” and become one of important shareholder in the Manpower Corporation of Vietnam. Starting from the beginning of 2023, MCV has restructured shareholders and owns shares, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tu was elected the General Director and the owner of a large number of shares in the Manpower Corporation of Vietnam.

With experience and accumulated knowledge in manpower supply industry in Vietnam during the past 10 years, he is now in charge of managing and monitoring the company’s activities to ensure that the company will develop in the right direction and comply with Vietnam Labor Laws for sending Vietnamese workers abroad and Foreign Labor Laws. He also plays the most important role in finding and orienting the global market for the company. With years of working experience with partners from different countries worldwide, he has created a trust, reliable and good impression for Clients/ Partners both in Vietnam & Overseas.
